Ministering To The Local Church Via Church Planting

This is the example of pastoral calling in the first century church apps: church planting and administering. Church planting is the fulfillment of the church’s mission. It has a ripple-effect effect social dimension. The pastor and his body of Christ in the local church do not want to remain in one location and only add new believers. If a local church is expanding rapidly, the problem of space will continue to exist. Pastors create a strategy for the establishment of other ecclesiasts in strategic and less fortunate areas.

Church planting can be used to help a church grow. For example, instead of one church in a particular area, several churches can be established in that area. For the church’s growth, it is important to be close to people. Furthermore, it is possible to keep the parent church from outgrowing its boundaries.

The church’s primary function is to plant churches. Through church planting, the local church of Sierra Leone had been able to administer its diverse denominational forms. This is evident in the presence of various ecclesias in different locations throughout the country. The Northern Province was visited by the Evangelical fellowship of Sierra Leone. This survey focused on the ministry of Christ. Survey statistics from Tambakha revealed that there was no church in the town. The Wesleyan church of Sierra Leone as well as the Baptist Convention of Sierra Leone have been inspired by this organization to plan church planting at Tambahkha. These churches can help fulfill the mission of the church by expanding their effectiveness in the north and seeing new assemblies at Tambakha.
